His sister expired during her childhood due to illness

She died due to illness just 3 months after the marriage

Sadanadavathi is the second wife of MGR. She died because of illness.

MGR could not go to school (He studied only upto 3rd standard) and
joined a drama troupe at Kumbakonam.
